At Haven of Hearth, every item is made to order with care. Especially our personalized products. Because of this, please review our refund and return terms carefully.
Personalized / Custom Items

Since custom products are created uniquely for each customer, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace or remake the item at no additional cost.
Non-Personalized Items

For non-custom goods, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

You’ll be responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once approved, refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
